hey sports fans, what’s new? we are very hard at work on the new album Ronk Ng Rool, Pt. 2. it’s coming along nicely, and we’d like to thank everyone for all the support you’ve been giving us. we are truly blessed to have such a kind and generous fan-base! as a gift to all of you, we’ve prepared this very special, one-of-a-kind cover of Bobby Freeman’s classic “Do You Wanna Dance?” (with a touch of the Beach Boys’ rendition!) we truly hope that you enjoy it. and once again, thank you so much!
Attention, my dear Handglops fans! Would you like your voice to appear the next Handglops album, Ronk Ng Rool, Pt. 2? Now’s your chance! We are looking for all types of voices to “sing along the days of the weekend” on one of our biggest hit songs “The Weekend”. This is the track that will kick off the record. This is your shot at the big time! Don’t blow it.
It’s very easy to play along! Just send us an .mp3 (or .wav or .aiff) file of you singing the name of each day of the weekend (“Fri-day!”, “Satur-day!”, “Sun-day!”) at about 204 BPM (Metronome to help you out). Feel free to get a little crazy with it– we’ll make it sound really good once we get all of the voices together. And there’s no deadline as of yet, as we’ll be working on the new record for a while!
